Jack founded and built Today’s & Heritage Homes into a 350-to-500-unit single family production. He started the international Cardel Homes Denver division and built it into one of the companies’ most profitable divisions. Over a 25 year span all the building companies built just a shade under 8,000 homes. In 2002, Today’s homes finished second for the prestigious award Lee Evans for Management Excellence in home building. Each year, a builder’s group through NAHB presents the Lee Evans Award for Management Excellence to one builder who displays exceptionally sound management principles. The award was created to honor Lee Evans and recognize builders who are dedicated to implementing superior management systems and procedures to streamline their organizations while delivering a high-quality product to the customer. Jack has completed a vast amount of industry training in the new homes sales as well as his finance and operations training. Jack realized sales were the key to success along with building a nice home in less than half the time of the competition. 

Bruce Martin has a vast vertical construction background with several large regional builders including Aspen View Homes & Neumann Homes. He has over 30 years of project management experience ranging from community start-ups for single family to large scale multifamily units. He has successfully managed his own building company completing a number of projects ranging from flips to taking over distressed projects. He has Led cost reduction initiative resulting in a 9% hard cost reduction throughout production. During his tenure he has overhauled product line many times and has led purchasing efforts ranging from as bid out, awarded contracts, troubleshoot initial frame construction, and implemented improvements to drive increased sales and lower production costs.
